Working With the Studio
Submit a short Trade application with your professional information.
Select tile, request samples, or contact the studio about the requirements of an upcoming project.
Submit the basic project information and approximate quantity needed. NG Studio will review the project and prepare pricing directly.
Once pricing, quantities, and timing are approved, the order is invoiced and scheduled for production.
Because each tile is made by hand, natural variation in glaze, color, texture, surface, and dimension should be expected and is part of the material.

How is tile priced?
Architectural tile is priced by tile and by project. Trade pricing is available to approved design professionals, and larger orders may receive project-specific pricing. Final pricing is provided directly by the studio after reviewing the project requirements.
How much tile should I order?
Tile orders should generally include additional material beyond the measured installation area to account for cuts, installation conditions, and future repairs. A 10% overage is common for straightforward installations, while more complex layouts may require additional material. We can help confirm quantities before the order is placed.
Is the tile made to order?
Many architectural orders are produced specifically for the project. Production timing depends on quantity, tile design, glaze, and the current studio schedule. Lead time will be confirmed with your project quote.
Can you produce custom colors or designs?
Custom work may be available depending on project scope, quantity, timing, and production requirements. Include the details of what you're considering in your project inquiry.
Will handmade tile vary?
Yes. Variation in glaze, color, texture, surface, and dimension is inherent to handmade ceramic tile and is part of the character of the material.
How does payment work?
Project orders are invoiced directly by Nathan Goff Studio. Made-to-order projects may require a deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. Payment terms will be included with the project quote.
How is shipping handled?
Shipping or freight is determined based on the size of the order and destination and will be included with the project quote.
